I've been editing all day on this rainy day. Can't do much outside so I figured I might as well be productive.
I was playing around with my newly repaired macro lens.

A couple weekends ago I ventured up to New Rochelle to shoot. The church was on the campus of Fordham University in the Bronx and then we headed over to The Wykagyl Country Club in New Rochelle. The weather was again perfect and so was the couple. They were so easy going and let me do my thing. I had Steve helping out and I also brought along Adam Coppola a very talented photog. Check out some of my favorites from the day. Here's a big sneak peek below.

The beautiful church at Fordham
Check out the bagpipe guy!
Everyone is staying nice and calm before the walk down the aisle.

The grooms brother gave an amazing and touching speech.
This is during the brothers speech. Their faces/emotions are priceless.
Here's the brides Dad giving a little toast.

Last weekend was another double wedding weekend. Friday we had the honor to photograph Marissa and Don. I was excited to shoot this wedding from the day they booked with me. They are the most easy going photogenic couple. We avoided the rain again and everything turned out perfect. Here are a BUNCH of my favorites. Thank you Bruni and Hamilton family for making our jobs easy. We had a blast. Congrats!!
Check out the SWEET lighting at the reception from CT Party Pros. I would highly recommend these guys for your dj/live music/reception lighting.

Here's Marissa with her parents. I usually don't put the formal parent shots on the blog but I really liked this 1.

I'm glad I caught this emotional shot.

The light right before the reception was amazing.

Here's the lighting I was talking about.

Check this out. I took a walk around the yard today (to check on my grass seed I planted that doesn't seem to be growing) and when I got to the front storm door a bird seem to fly out of it. After looking around for a little bit I noticed the bird (not sure what kind) built a nest in the middle of our door wreath. Shows you how much we use the front door. So if you plan on coming over and you read this you might want to use the side door.

I'm probably a little late on this, but I had a full page photo published in the knot magazine!! I met with some great clients tonight and the bride to be mentioned that she saw 1 of my photos in the knot magazine! I had an idea that 1 of my photos might be in there but wasn't expecting a full pager! I'll take it though.
The wedding season really kicks in tomorrow! The weather is supposed to be amazing. Can't wait.
